Final pricing may change if:

Excessive cleaning conditions exist.
Access to the property is delayed or restricted.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any pricing changes before performing additional work.

Scheduling and Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling and contact information.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

Weather conditions
Employee illness
Emergencies
Equipment issues
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any schedule changes.

Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team is unable to access the property or complete the scheduled service due to lack of access, a lockout fee or cancellation fee may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide a safe working environment.
Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, and sensitive documents.
Inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions before service begins.
Keep pets secured when necessary for safety.

Core Clean Prestige is not responsible for damage resulting from unstable, improperly installed, or pre-existing defective items.

Payment Terms

Late payments may result in:

Suspension of future services

Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returned payments or chargebacks.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-show appointments may be charged up to the full scheduled service amount.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, you must notify Core Clean Prestige within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion, offer a return visit to address reasonable concerns.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Clean Prestige shall not be liable for:
